You may not upload or sell prompts that:
- Are plagiarized or infringe copyrights.
- Contain hate speech or illegal content.
- Instruct AI to produce harmful or unethical output.
6. Payments and Fees
- We charge a platform fee on each transaction.
- Sellers receive payouts after applicable deductions.
- Buyers may request refunds under specific conditions (see Refund Policy).
7. Intellectual Property
You may not copy, redistribute, or resell prompts without explicit permission from the creator.
8. Termination
Porompt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that any AI output resulting from prompts will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.
