  • The file is missing or corrupt.
  • The prompt was removed before download.
  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge).

3. Ineligible Refund Situations

  • You “change your mind” after purchase.
  • You misunderstood the functionality due to not reading the description.
  • You attempt to misuse, resell, or alter the prompt and claim issues.

To request a refund:

  • Provide order details and reason.
  • Our team will review the request within 5 business days.

5. Seller Disputes

If a buyer requests a refund, the seller may be notified. In case of conflict:

  • Porompt will mediate.
  • We reserve final decision rights.

7. Abuse of Policy

Accounts suspected of abusing refunds may be flagged or terminated.
